      Worst mortgage company ever. Please stay away from the company; the escrow department screwed up my account soo bad that now I'm paying double my mortgage. On top of that, nobody seems to care to provide anything helpful to fix this problem ☹

      I have been in Real Estate for 20 years and my recent refinance with PennyMac was one of the worst experiences ever. Closing took a month longer than it was supposed to and I had next to no communication with their team. They first held closing up for a septic survey and inspection on a home that is on city water. 4 months later I am still battling to have the property taxes paid that were withheld from cash at closing. I will be filing a Title Insurance claim to finally get some resolution.
