  Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. That says a lot because I have been banking my whole adult life. The teller at the window refused to cash mine and a coworkers check. Why? Because the writer of the check missed the "y" on my name. In all of my years, I have never had an issue like this. The lady did it clearly because she had some little bit of authority and decided make sure everyone new. I offered to fix the check by having the writer put the "y" back in the check. She then accuses me of trying to forge a check. When I looked for a manager I saw the small man and he made eye contact with me and scurried away like a disciplined dog. I am sure he has felt the wrath of this awful woman before. I don't really blame the guy. He obviously has been ground down by this woman before. I could tell. When my coworker went to cash his check? Nope. There was no "n" at the end of steven. The man has been known as Steve since before the dinosaurs. That's a long time, at least 6,000 years or so. So yeah, I will not be doing any business with this bank ever again. I really mean it because I don't drive that way often.

  Terrible branch. ATM has been out of service for more than x3 months now. What is the point of a branch (which absorbed another local branch, and is the sole branch out this way) where machines are not maintained, not allowing for any level of convenience for their customers? I literally pay 3.00-4.00 at the local gas station with my Chase card, due to this branch’s ATMs always being down, it is ridiculous and likely a laziness on the staff’s part to properly report the issue to get corrected.. Wake up people, you are asleep at the wheel. In today’s fast paced and tech savvy market, tools for “ease of use” must at the bare minimum, be maintained.. Otherwise what is the point of your branch? Face to face banking is almost non-existent, and if your ATMs do not work, how long do you feel you will remain relevant? Food for thought, you’re welcome. Regards, -Unhappy Client-
