  I had this bank a few years ago around 2016, they forced my account to be closed and never to bank with them due to an error on my pay check that was not my fault, i gave them a check it was like $1500+/- from a towing company i use to work for, apearantly i gave them my check so they could put it on my account so they did, but later when they put money on my account, they could not verify the check because it had a disconnected phone number on the check, but everything else was good, so they did not want to give me my money because they could not confirm the check, so i told the guy to call there bank to verify and they did she told them the check is real but my boss did not update the phone number on checks and no one ever had an issue before, so bank guy confirmed check is good so he told me ill give you your money but you will NEVER bank with us again, he closed my account, even after confirming check was good with my boss bank, he straight told me i was banned, so now im banking with plains capitial bank and i been good here since, never had any issues and i plan to stay here for a good long while
