      No professionity, a rep called me to meet when I reserved an appountment and went to the branch they said he left for today and no one can do what I want.The another rep was there she annot reset my pin if I forgot mine what!!!!. Also if you open an account with them online they don't provide you voided check and some features what!!!! I had neve heard about that thinking of quiting but will ask about penalties first to make sure.I don't recommend this bank to a friend/some one else.

      Citizens Bank is by far the worst bank I have ever used. The bank nickels and dimes you with fees, hold deposited checks for outrageous periods of time and is difficult in every way. The bank employees are nice enough, but in the end they cannot help because of the bank's unyielding policies. Go anywhere but Citizens for your banking needs.
