  Your credit card has declined me 8 times in three weeks ? Shut my card off While I was on the phone with them. Waited 7 days for new card went back to the liquor store and was declined again for $2400 that's over $14,000 in two weeks because of there Fraud department The only fraud is Chase Bank Absolutely disgusting customer service , Take your time and your money to a real bank You will highly regret coming here Not to mention they're very proud of their stupidity You will receive no accountability at this bank they will also hold your payments! Corporate called.and said there's not a dam thing they can do about it because of there no accountability they blamed there Algorithm? computer? who knows? they refuse to adjust to your spending level and payment history and a soft pull they want you to waste a hard pull on a old line of credit ?

  Second visit to this branch since moving to the area. Last time, I came to inquire about a CD ladder but no one was available nor did anyone ever call me back. (I went and opened an account elsewhere instead.)This time it was a deposit. Their music station was cutting in and out about every 2-3 seconds, very annoying. All the customers in the lobby were commenting, but the banker just said they were used to it. Never mind us customers? Is no one in charge here???
