      This branch is a hot mess. I’ve been with chase for a long time, but the service received here is ridiculous. I needed a medallion signature, the last thing why we need brick and mortar physical banks. This branch wouldn’t provide me with this for reasons they couldn’t establish themselves. Time to move on.

      Wow I should have read reviews before coming. Banks empty but I needed to make appointment. I would have called but they don’t answer the phones. At this rate I’d rather go to another bank.
