  Let me state my case on why management at this location is poor. My debit card was compromised due to Target. My card was also going to expire the following month. I received two new debit cards. One had the same number sequence as my old one but a different ver code and expiration. The other card had all new information. I wanted to be able to keep my same debit card number because all of my merchants I work with ask for the last 4-6 digits of my card to grant me access to my account information over the phone. I explained my desire to activate my card that had the same numbers but new expiration. The teller said she would check with her manager to see if that was ok. She returned to say "my manager said that would be fine and you will not have any problems." 3 days later my card declined at a Subway location. I called Chase and they reactivated the card. Several more days go by using the card without issue. Worked a 12 hour day that was very stressful and just wanted to take my daughter our for ice cream. You guessed it, declined. I actually had to get change out of my car to pay for the ice cream we already had. If a manager is not knowledgeable enough about something as simple as a debit card practices and makes these kind of errors, what kind of mistakes will they make when it comes to larger issues? Not very pleased with this location at all. I already called all of my merchants to update the card they had on file to a new expiration. I now have to call of them back again and give them the new debit card numbers. No card for two days until my new one arrives. Could not manage his way out of a paper bag, he has no business managing a bank.
