  Was very helpful in accepting some cash in poor condition. One of the tellers (I forget her name) carefully counted the bills to make sure we could salvage as much as possible. Thanks !

  I've lived in this neighborhood for years and this bank has seen its ups and downs. Today they were running late getting the bank open and a lobby full of people 10 minutes after it was suppost to open. 7 people... I would save time and go to another much more helpful location.

  I want to take the time to thank some employees for their diligent work and uplifting energy helping me through what could have been a very scary incident. A man who had stolen my checkbook came in to their branch and tried to take money from my account. Sabas did a wonderful job noticing that something was not right and took all the right steps to make sure my account stayed safe. Twee was super positive and helpful and called me right away to let me know of the incident. I went to their Chase branch Silver Creek San Jose right away and changed my account number and opened a Savings account as Twee advised for extra protection. Thanh helped me open my savings and was super positive and helpful too. This is a branch of workers that are excellent at what they do and are genuinely helpful and positive. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me.
