      Very poor help with an emergency situation. Going to get evicted as a result. I deposited a cashier's check on the 30th, they are holding it until the 11th. Rent is due 5th. Makes no sense, since the cashier's check is money paid for already. No sympathy, just cold and heartless, "we cannot do that sir", attitude.

      They couldn't process with a Canadian check. The supervisor who could have helped was out for an hour. They told me to go to another Chase which I did and they were able to deposit the check. Very bad service, a waste of time. Do not go to this branch.
