      They asked me for a document they emailed me, and when in the location they didn't want to print it out just for the laziness of it. If they'd mention for security purposes I'd understand them, but they just said sorry you need to print it out yourself.

      If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst experience ever at this branch. Jessica was rude and unprofessional. Chase stands for excellent customer service. The service she exhibited was horrific. I walked in and Jessica and another banker were sitting around chit chatting and completely ignored my needs as a chase customer of over 15 years. I’m strongly debating switching banks due to the lack of respect I received for a simple request that would have taken either of them 5 minutes.
