      Needed to purchase cashier's check to move into a new house. Cashier refused service because I didn't have an account and said I wasn't a customer. I was willing to do a cash advance and pay the fees associated. Still refused. Not a good way to make a customer of me or my money.

      Customer service gave me incorrect information about a transaction I completed. I was waiting for the transaction to complete as instructed by customer service so I can file a dispute. Once the transaction was no longer pending I called just to find out it can't be disputed, meanwhile I lost $100 when I could have simply went another route but listened to customer service. I've been waiting 2 weeks now for a higher up person to contact me but yet received no call, I'm furious and will not recommend this bank!!! In the last 45 days, they have given me nothing but false info causing me to lose money. I've been with them since Washington Mutual and never have I experienced such poor service until recently.
