      Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any help and feel forced to give them 2 stars. I drove by the front and the original hours state it’s open until 6pm so I went to park got out of my car and the bank is actually closed(it was 5:12) I then see a paper sign stating they close at 5 pm. Which is fine because drive thru banking is open right? No sorry they will make you go around and then you will see a sign that says it’s out of service. But that’s fine because you can use the ATM right? Wrong again the atm didn’t work either! Thanks for not helping chase😒

      Worst bank ever so many hidden fees and fees that make no sense. With today's technology things should work differently. I feel like there the best at stealing money from you claiming it's fees.
