      Opened a checking account for my business. They took all our information and opened the account. After a few weeks they froze the account without notice. When asked why they said they needed a copy of one of the signers social security cards. Which we did not have as it has been misplaced in the 70 years since it was issued. Even requesting a new ss card from the goverment states that you do not need to show the physical card any longer. They would not unfreeze the account without the card which will take months to receive. Meanwhile all the checks and payments written from the account are being declined.

      Today at 9:40 on 04/06 I visited this Brand new location with brand new workers who don’t have any idea what they are doing in Bank. I wanted to notarize the Affidavit form for the DMV. But first I met with one of the Wells Fargo location assistants, but they redirected my to my card bank location. I already had experience with notarizing with bank. The person on front named FHTH met me inside the Chase and gone to ask from supervisor of that location (Kyle) if they able to notarize anything. But supervisor came up to me to say to leave to other notarizing services due to they only notarize Chase staff. After all the disappointment, I found the other Wells Fargo bank and they did it to me in couple minutes. Long story short I lost my 2 hours with working with new Chase location. Please pay attention and try to work with your workers.
