      We were scheduled to have a meeting with chase bank on highway 5 location but the bank wasn’t open when we showed up so we came out to chase bank in Hiram. They were so helpful and nice. The guys in the front were awesome and thank you Mrs Debra E for saving the day. She took great care of us!

      Tried to open a business account here. Had to wait for the rep Debra even though I had an appointment and no one was ahead of me. Instead of explaining the different checking accounts and which one would be beneficial to me, I was just told to 'check the website and tell me which one you want'. What kind of service is that? I explained that I was opening a new business so I needed to find out which one would be best. It was like talking to the wall. The rest of the appointment went downhill. This bank did now know the difference between an owner and an organizer of a business so I could not open my account. So after she loudly barked at me about how the registered agent set up the account wrong, I was told to come back to try again. I won't be. Another bank knew how to confirm the owner of a business and I was welcomed there. Bye Chase!!

      CHASE has gone down as a service institution. Covids over, answer the phone. Difficult to get any answers from them. No one seems to know how to give answers. My brokerage and checking will be moved.
