      They were so helpful in getting a hold on a check removed for me! Professional, easy to work with, and followed up to make sure I had proper access to everything.

      Awful and rude customer service. Teller looked annoyed about me wanting to cash a check, after telling me I would have to deposit it first. I said okay and then after she finished the deposit proceed to tell me I couldn't access it until the following day. I asked why deposit it then if I can't access it now. That's why I wanted to cash it! She again became annoyed saying I would have had to go to the bank the check was for. If she was nicer or informed me more about the funds that would be available if I deposit it. I wouldn't have been so upset. If it was end of day I could understand she was stress but this was in morning and bank only been open for 2hrs! No wonder this place has bad reviews.
