      Great experience! I came in on a Saturday. Lobby was fairly busy. I had a business account issue that I needed help with. Sara Timberlake the business banker took the time to sit down with me (without an appointment) she was so kind and helped me right away. Sara did an excellent job of representing the branch with her over the top customer service. Thank you!

      This does not reflect this specific branch but the corporation as a whole. Sadly big banks will bamboozle you any chance they get. They will also hang up on you after a two hour wait when you ask close out your account or for the corporate address to write a formal claim letter to the VP. They also told me I didn’t qualify for a student account when I was a student and within age range.

      I went in to create a checking account, and the teller told me that it was not possible to do it in the building. She said I had to go online to create a checking account. Then the online didn’t work and when I called, they said they didn’t know how to help.
