      I was insulted when I walked in to ask about their car loan rates. Ive banked with them for 10+ years and just wanted to have a quick chat and get their opinions. They asked me why I was there and that this could have been easily done online without their help. Manager lady (I think) came over and said something kinda nasty too like I looked ‘too young’ to be buying a new car. Horrible customer service and am going to take my banking elsewhere.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Not knowledgeable, not helpful, not willing to help you, in a hurry to hang up the phone or have you leave the branch. Absolutely appalled at the low level of service.
