      Ok seriously. Shout out to your wonderful team! Especially Brooklyn and her co-worker (didn't have a chance to get her name). Their attitude and customer service skills were more than enough and helped me through every step and were wonderful to talk to!

      Worst location ever. I have been to many banks and the customer service was horrible. They did not even acknowledge I was standing waiting for assistance. They didn’t even greet me or tell me they were going to take a few minutes nothing just walk by and talk to each other . First and last time coming here I waited 20 mins to get acknowledged and then the teller helped me with no conversation or smile. Horrible Horrible horrible location

      Not this branch but Key Bank in itself has been deceiving at best, outright lie makers is more like it. Supposedly “free” checking is anything but! I put 10 in a savings account and have had NO transactions whatsoever and two weeks later I am mysteriously overdrawn by 13 dollars even though I haven’t had even one transaction! Also, if you remain overdrawn for a week they charge another 27 dollar fee! So far this “free” account has cost me over a hundred bucks in fees, I’m closing my account and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
