      Almost everything is good about this bank, convenient, parking, staff is very helpful, BUT who ever puts the bills at the atm should pay attention to the condition of these bills!! Maybe its only my bad luck at this branch. But whenever I get bills from their atm, the bills are in a poor condition some of them are very very old, they are worn... and this is the only bank I’m having this problem. Every other bank I go to I get basically new bills, but here... come on... I understand money is money but when I travel to different countries they don’t want to accept these bills when I want to change currency.

      Incompetent MTA machine, half of the time I visit this Chase there will be at least one MTA machine inside not working. Worse for the drive thru MTA machine, it is like lottery when depositing with 9 out of 10 times failed to read my bank notes and checks. Never had these problem in other Chase.

      The worst chase branch in queens. First 2 times The girls had difficulties taking out a certain amount from the account. Was Not discreet and the 3rd time they tell me I cannot take out the funds. That I’d have to call ahead of time. Why would I need to call you for MY money?! This bank is a joke! I have no problem with the bank on myrtle but unfortunately they are temporarily closed. Why have your money in their bank if you can’t access it when you need it!
