  This Chase branch is the best! I recently switched from Bank of America and could not be happier. They really take care of you and treat you like a human being. Not so if you go to the BofA down the street.

  I left my wallet at home and as you can imagine, I was feeling bad already. No gas money nor lunch money. Nope thanks to Jason at the Mt. Diablo Blvd and Dewing branch to make me feel like I was robbing myself for $60.00. I had my ID on my phone and I also had the app on my phone as well. At one point he tried to help with the app but whatever didn't work. Jason then said he would ask a couple questions and then asked about 4 to 5 questions. I reminded him that he said a couple. He asked my account I gave that to him, next was my name then address which I gave him both addresses and then he ask who was also on my account. I gave me that too and then he ask give the last 3 transaction but then he ask for a fouth one. I'm like this is more then 2 questions and a lot of information for just $60 and you can clearly see its much more in my account. Then he so called need help for a override and he went to the lady in her office and she told him he could just override it himself. I was on a break and this was very time consuming and Jason showed no empathy . I will never visit this branch again. Jason also gave me a receipt with my balance that he asked every question but that.

  Simply the best. I work with a few banks with my businesses, but I have to say Chase is the best. I came to this location to open a new account, and Tyler went above and above to take care of my needs. We had some challenges, and he worked until it was done. Chase gets it right - people, service, and products. Happy Customer!
