      Called 7 times in one hour but nobody answered the call. Hard to believe the service gets so lousy after 25 years as Chase customer.

      Alex Gast is one of the representatives here who gave me a very condescending attitude for not having my ID on me — I was shocked by the low level of customer service. The last time I came here I also saw that he treated white customers well and gave a working class POC family a really hard time. I’m really disappointed and do not recommend people use this branch.
