      Wanted to open a new account for our teenager, Chase website declined because they were not able to identify the child. I thought we go to a nearby location and open a account - they had no capacity to do this and we need an appointment. I went home and did some more research - found a better solution and opened a account with SoFi within 10min. Congratulation Chase - you lost a potential new customer.

      Giving one star for wasting my time without telling me during lunch break and I had to ask if they had someone to speak with after waiting a bit. Then they said they were at lunch after I waited for a while. Don't bother with this branch horrible for anything important.
