      WILL NOT STOP CALLING. I have repeatedly asked this branch to stop calling me with their telemaketing calls at least 10 times. They will not stop. This last time it was Pamela who called. I have also talked to Steven. There never is a a manager there. They call work, home, and cell numbers. If I don't answer 1 they call the next number. Obviously, this branch manager makes them call because I haven't lived in NJ in 8 years, and my local Texas branches don't do this. Please fire the branch manager and get someone who respects customer wishes. Everytime I ask for a manager and the manager is always gone.

      I am very disappointed with my experience with this local branch of Chase Bank. My experience may be very specific to this branch! Yesterday I went there to open a new account, but the person identifying herself as the Manager was not at all helpful. Instead of explaining what kind of services the Bank could offer, she almost pushed me out of the brunch. The Bank was not busy at all ; in fact, I was the only customer at that moment.
