      Everyone here is so pleasant and sweet! I came in to get a new card printed since I lost mine and the process was quick and stress free.

      Usually I have a great experience at this TD bank, but the past 2 times I went there a bigger lady with short brown hair and bangs (I didn’t catch her name) told me it will take 24 hours for the system to update instead of just doing her job. One time I came in, and she was supposed to help me update my name on my bank account. The other time I came in, I needed to update my phone number associated with my bank account. Both times she didn’t do anything! She just said it will take 24 hours for the system to update. Once 24 hours passed, there were no updates made to my bank account. So I had to come into this TD bank again, and Sandy helped me out. Sandy is amazing! Sandy was able to update my name and phone number immediately. It didn’t take 24 hours! But the bigger lady with short brown hair and bangs doesn’t know what she’s doing, and she doesn’t even ask her more experienced colleagues for help. I wish I caught her name, but she needs to do better!

      They don't mind taking deposits but man try to make a withdrawal over $1000 and the store manager loses his mind. Thanks for the confirmation to move my money else where.
