  Been using Chase for over 30 years! Very helpful. Just find it hard to get out of the parking lot in front entrance.

  I have been using this particular branch for all my banking needs for the last 6 years and they've always had excellent customer service. Some of the branch services I have used: drive through banking, ATM, notary, deposits/withdrawals, opening new accounts, adding users to accounts, buying cashiers checks, requesting cash back in specific (newer) bank notes for international travel...My latest experience was no different. I stopped by the bank to ask a couple of questions regarding my account and was advised to talk to a banker. I was offered a couple of different time slots to make an appointment. I came back during that time and was greeted immediately. Mr. Turkal was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all the questions. I would highly recommend Chase bank in general but specifically this branch.

  These days, going to the bank is like going to Walmart. You never know what you're going to see. We went in to add a new savings account. Super easy right? Not with one of the largest financial institutions. You can not meet with anyone without an appointment and you need to schedule ahead. Never have I ever been in a situation where I have been told by a bank we can't take your money. I am baffled. I know I know. COVID... The great business excuse poor service. .
