      This branch is always crowded but one thing for sure, when you walk into the branch you will be greeted. My first few visits it came across very robotic, disingenuous. But recently I came here for a rare request. I was in need of someone at the branch getting some dire information for me. Lizette the branch manager was so very helpful. You can tell that she has built a rapport with her clients. She new them by name and they new her. She was so patient and helpful. Although we didn't get my request accomplished that day. She ensured that we would get it done. She even made it super convenient for me. Thank you to everyone at this branch.

      Staff is extremely rude, slow and give you a hard time cashing anything. I have no idea how any of the staff were given work with the general public. Considering many of the other reviews on here, its obvious Chase cooperate doesn't care at all. If you can avoid doing anything at this location, next to using the ATM, I would suggest you drive a couple of miles elsewhere.

      As your walking in the door on the left is not locking appropriately by itself. 2 customers were able to enter without using a card to get clearance.
