      Just writing a review because I see this branch has 1.7 stars. I had no issues with it. Normal Chase, good service.

      I don’t get why this branch is even opened. I went to the branch and before entering the security guard said the person inside is busy and I will have to form a line and wait. They also said I would need to schedule an appointment during the week. The line was insane, and even the drive thru line was packed.

      One of the worst banks ever. The company needs to close this branch. The ATM is broken every single time I try and use it, the customer service is terrible and it’s always a miserable experience.
