      Initially, I was very reluctant to switch banks from Wells Fargo since I had already been with them for 10 years. But by golly after really taking the time to come in and see what chase was about, it was a no brainer. None of this would have been possible without the employee I think Oliver was his name (forgive me if I spelled that wrong). He was very well educated on the policies and made the transition a piece of cake! And I love cake. Overall I would rate this place 6 stars if I could, thank you Oliver for your help!

      Got an check from my insurance from chase bank so I went there and cash it counting my money I see I’m short So I ask the teller about it and then he tell me oh that the check cashing fee well shouldn’t you tell me that before cashing the check It’s a check from your own bank so why am I getting charge anything because I’m not a member ? Well that a way for me to never become a member

      For a billion dollar corporation.. YOU CANT EVEN HAVE DOORS THAT WORK AFTER HOURS! AND HALF THE TIME THE ATM (DRIVE THRU) DOESNT WORK. WORST LOCATION EVER!
