      I don't understand why people put negative reviews here, and when I first read the reviews I thought not to go to this branch of the bank but it's good that I took a chance and went to this branch of chase bank.I was invited in time and I was served by a nice woman named Lyudmila, and she answered all my questions about opening a bank account. I am sincerely grateful for such kindness and in our time it is rare to see such service in banks

      Disappointed service. I waited for 30 minutes and no employee came up to me when one of the employees got free, she told me that she had an appointment and now leave for lunch.

      Horrible chase!! The woman who was welcoming us was disrespectful. They only had one person sitting for costumers!! They told us to wait 3 hours! This is not professional. I will come back here! They have the worst costumer service.
