      Excellent customer service. I was having several issues applying for a credit card and Aldo helped me throughout the process and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. I highly recommend him for your banking needs at Chase. Also the location is very spacious and clean not to mention their staff is super friendly.

      I was just robbed by Chase bank! When I paid off my mortgage, they send me a check for the amount they over-charged me. Since I don't have a local bank, I went to the Tyson's Chase Bank to cash the check. They charged me $10 to cash the check! I don't understand how it can be legal to charge ME to pay me the money THEY OWE ME.
