NO problems. 🔳 2020 Oct. 25 - 3-stars 🌟🌟 🌟There's always someone at the entrance to greet you and ask you what you've come to do at their bank the second you enter the building. This practice does NOT make a customer feel welcome or comfortable. Rather it does the opposite, it actually creates an unwelcoming environment. You feel like they are watching your every move and checking you the second you enter the building. Certain employees are standoffish and look uncomfortable. At least one employee is NOT comfortable making eye contact with ethnic women. Because of this, I have stopped doing any onsite in-person banking at this location many months ago even before the pandemic lockdown went into effect. I am NOT totally comfortable doing any onsite in-person banking here. Rated and reviewed on 2020 Oct.25.
