  Oscar is the best! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. From day one he demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm and worked diligently to help us find our home. He was extremely patient and walked us through the process until he was assured we understood every detail. We spoke with different realtors but he stood out immediately. He cares for what he does and that’s noticeable from the first conversation we had.   Huascar Sime gets it done when nobody else could! The process of getting a mortgage was very frustrating and we spoke to multiple mortgage companies. I'm a small business owner and my business is very new and I kept talking to mortgage brokers that told me they couldn't get it done. Then I was introduced to Huascar Sime and I couldn't be happier!
