      Many Banks out there but I chose this Bank. The staff is professional yet friendly. They treat every customer regardless if you have a million dollars or just $5.00 dollars in your account!

      Very disappointed in Chase customer service and how they are doing their job. For one “big” bank I haven’t expected such a bad way of doing business and not care about customers. After visiting 4 times branch for they mistake, keep my accoubt frozen for a weeks and keep me on phone hold over 45 min , they didn’t even deserved one star.

      I had a horrible experience. I was waiting in line and was looking at all the tellers. To see when it's my turn. I heard her over talking to a man teller. And said she didn't like the way i was looking at her. Well sorry for having the wrong skin tone. Bigot
