  I had great experience every time I go there. All the personals are extremely helpful. They greet you as soon you enter and directs you. Love this branch very much.

  My experience you ask? After 20 years of doing my banking with this company they have finally made it worth my while to suffer the inconvenience of moving to another bank. This company has decided that customer service is no longer a necessity and that customers should be satisfied with no tellers, no service, closing locations and being rude. Oh and by the way America wants their name back..

  The people in the Tarpon Springs Fl. branch are wonderful people but it is ridiculous when a person tries to call all day without being able to speak to a live person.What are handicapped or elderly people supposed to do i have been a valued customer for over ten years they need to hire a specific individual to answer phones. My wife and i recently applied for our third home equity line of credit with Bank of America the first time in Fl. the other two times were in New Jersey.This time in Fl. was terrible we went to the Tarpon Springs branch the other day the bank was deserted.No tellers no drive through no one answers the phone.This branch should be closed down for good.I had to drive to Palm Harbor to cash lousy check.I truly hope these reviews get read.Long time loyal customers do not deserve this kind of treatment.I received an email i assume it was from corporate typical B.S. they made more excuses than i ever heard, When your from the old school and you can't even go to your local bank to cash check somethings wrong.I had to travel 5 miles to the next branch sad.
