      Because I am from abroad and I don’t know how things work here in America with banks these guys were kind and very helpful... also to withdraw money from the ATM they have the cheapest charging rate in the area... I am totally satisfied...

      Worst Truist Branch EVER!!!! Branch was empty when I went inside. Sat down waited for 15 minutes while staff spoke about their vacation calendar. I ended up walking out and going to a different branch to send my company wire. Really disappointed.

      The staff just seem to be " winging it" since the turnover to Truist. They still don't have withdrawal slips, deposit slips. Its always the same two tellers who look overwhelmed and lost.
