      Since the Seaford location closed, I followed my business rep Christine to this Massapequa location. Prior to her being there, they were rough to Wk with, hence the reason I went to Seaford. Now that’s she is there, I get the attention i deserve. She really is a huge asset to Chase.

      Worst chase bank I have ever visited. Make sure you don't make more than 1 transaction at the drive thru. You will definitely hear about it. I never have issues at the farmingdale location. I guess I have to drive 15 min out of my way for great customer service. But it's definitely worth it to avoid this place.

      I will never go to this branch again. I was waiting over an hour just to open a savings account. Many bankers sitting but unwilling to help. I received the excuse several times when I tried to complain that they were short staffed today. But then they would help others that came in after me. Very poor customer service do NOT go to this branch.
