      My mother passed away and had some investments withe chase, we had to close them out . Well Renee lamb and Nick Jackson made it a real fiasco to do. Because they stopped making money on it when you TRY to take it out, They dragged it on as long as they could . After many many calls Renee told me it was all closed out and was on its way. Another week and a half later we called and she laughed and said , oops I must have overlooked it again, meanwhile we are losing $1000s in the sinking stocks. Her boss nick Jackson can't be reached and/or could care less. We closed all of our accounts and pulled every $ after 30 plus years with chase. And People before choosing , take a look around, there are smaller banks that will treat you with respect . And it will save you headaches and money.
