I opened a savings account here, and I wanted it separated from my bank, because if I have spare money, I'll spend it! Terri sat with me and went over my credit with me and helped guide me on my way. I'm starting savings late, at 37, but she was very helpful and said that 37 is better than 47, or 57! She even offered to help get my bills in order once my credit rating goes up a few points. They go the extra mile because they do care. Thank you!

I LOVE my Credit Union. I get the best service I've ever gotten anywhere. Very responsive to questions I've had. Just did a ReFi and it went smooth as silk. I also have my auto loan there. I would highly recommend CFFCU.

I've had two loans. One for a motorcycle that I paid off with out issues. The 2nd I have now, and everything was fine until this month. My checking account was compromised which made my payment late. I called to ask if they would waive the late fee... NOPE! and not that nice about it either. Cited Federal regulations. Well I've had late fees waived at CU's and Banks before under the same circumstance. The staff person started ranting about not going to lose her job blah blah blah. That's OK, I won't be back and I won't, and don't recommend this group.
