      Check city made my day today. I had some money order checks that i couldn’t use due to the amount being slightly higher then the amount required. Neither Albertsons nor my own bank could help me. I walked to check city as my last hope to cash these checks and repurchase them and Lisa (philippino lady, Lisa is a common name :) )at the desk was more then helpful. She was calm, explained the process for me and helped fix my problem in less then 10 minutes. Her efficiency and professionalism made my day 10000000times better. I hope check city recognizes her hard work and reward her and employees like her that make customers days better. Thank you Lisa and check city on north buffalo and skypoint for saving my day today.

      And let me tell you about Alexandria she was one of the most amazing customer service representative she stood strong handle her business and got it done All ny herself. A multi tasker for sure and didn't break a sweat. She acknowledged everyone and assissted 3 people at once letting us know that we each were just as important..Alexadria you Rock Missy👍👍👍😊😊😊
