      So i went in to get a check cashed, these people said they called the company and the company told them i wasn't part of their buisness. i tried giving them the number for rocket mortgage to verify it and i also had it on my phone which i showed them. The lady turned around and said she called the number on the check and there is no number on the check. she then said she couldnt cash it because her boss wouldnt let her. she made me feel like i was trying to scam them or something. i then went to ACE checking and they cashed my check in a matter of seconds i had my money. worst customer service very unprofessional buisness. GO TO ACE!
