      Unethical, will do everything to make sure he's profitable. Don't be fooled by the slogan “ like a good Neighboor SF is always there. BS CHRIS is not available most of the time to answer problematic customers and delegates such tasks to mediocre untrained staff. They’re only there to get your money. Had policies with you but cancelled them all long long time ago. I will not call you as you never called me back when help was needed …. Your reply to my review is you defending yourself and your profits. Because of either your employees negligence or being not trained properly I’ve sustained loses that can’t be fixed. Had you called me personally back when I needed it it would be a different scenario.
