  Chris was so very helpful throughout my (difficult!) house buying process. We had many trials with selling and buying a house, but he stuck with us and was ALWAYS on top of what was happening. I could check in with him at any time - but usually he was contacting me before I would need to. I would definitely recommend him (and have already before our house closed!!)

  This is the sixth real-estate closing I have experienced since moving to Spring Texas in 1982, it was also our forth refinance on our home purchased in 1994. And; It was also the first real-estate closing that was handled in a professional manner from our first inquiry through last Wednesdays closing and yesterdays funding. Chris Plaza and his team of real-estate professionals did two things that set them apart from all the other companies Nancy and I have dealt with ... honesty and follow through. Everything that Chris told us, he put in writing. Everything that he said would happen, in the natural course of the approval and closing process, happened just as he specified, and he kept us in the loop both professionally and as a friend, for as our transaction flourished, so did our friendship.   Just did our refinance with Chris and just like our first experience, he was terrific to work with. Chris stays with you every step of the way, is honest and works to get you the best information so you can make the best decision for your loan. He makes the mortgage process easy! Edit December, 2020: Did another refinance with Chris and it was as easy as the last. Still open, honest and responsive - I enthusiastically endorse Chris!
