  We tried to use him because he had all 5 star reviews. Their fees weren't too much different then anyone else so we went ahead and got the process started. After about 3 days he came back with an insanely high DTI, like 60 percent. I thought was very strange as we just bought a rental house in August and our DTI was very low. So I asked another leander to check into this and they came back with what was more correct at less then 10 percent. No idea where he got the number from and he never verified with us what he was looking at for us to correct him and fix the issue before just telling us no. We just went with the lender that communicated openly, asked questions and clearly verified everything. Dont get discouraged if you don't get the correct answer from this company/person always get a second opinion.
