      I stopped by here before I went home because my federal credit union branch was closed for the day and I saw that this one was a shared branch. I wanted to do a withdrawal from my savings account and the receptionist was letting me know that my member ID number was incorrect. I explained to her that it was correct and the receptionist was not a bad person she was trying to help but I understand she was trying to go home for the day. One of the other receptionist blatantly told me we close in three minutes and I was shocked she said it to me like that. I told her back you guys kick people out when you’re doing transactions? Then All the way at the back this Indian looking lady manager, told me rudely it’s a security protocol to close. They asked me to call my bank although my credit union was closed for the day I tried to call their support line which is 24 seven.Altogether their system had an error and I was left with a bad attitude because of the Indian managers tone. I don’t recommend this place to anyone I would not refer anyone to go to this place because of the bad attitude.
