      Give a 5 star to the most professional and helpful banker I’ve ever met - Bernadette!! After having a bad experience at another citi branch, we went to this branch asking for help for our blocked citi account. Bernadette offered great help and explained why our account was blocked. She also helped to make several internal calls to unblock our account and make sure it won’t be blocked again!! Our life will be easier if every banker is as professional as Bernadette.

      i dislike the dude at the door greeting ( i supposed) to customers. I hope he changes his wording to "welcome" instead of keeps greeting with "what do you need?" this is not the first time, I come to the bank, i am not coming to the bank to order hamburger and fries.....geeez
