      I have been banking with Citizens Bank for 7 years now here in Manchester New Hampshire. Here are my thoughts: Pros: 1. Several Locations 2. Free One Deposit Checking - No Minimum Required as long as you make one deposit of transfer to the account per cycle. 3. Same day printing of Debit cards right there at the branch you go to. 4. I have been to several branches in the city, and I have to say, the best branch to go to is the North Elm Street Branch. Fast Service, very little wait time. 5. South Willow Street Branch is easy to see and good parking. Tellers are fast and helpful. Cons: The 875 Elm Street Branch is extremely slow. Recently stood in line for over 45 minutes. Just one teller working while there were other employees there, no one jumped in to help. Poor customer service at the branch, takes forever to get service. I will only go to the North Elm Street branch or take the bus to South Willow Street Branch from now on.

      My experience was not good at all. I will not becoming back to this branch in the near future. Curtis was sarcastic to me. I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me
