      I’m really bummed out!! Just found out Kutztown location is closing as of August 10!!! It’s the only one in the area!! I love the staff here, they are super knowledgeable and professional yet so friendly like family!!! This is really upsetting and sad!!! Why???

      Never had a problem till now so very disappointed that the Kutztown branch is closing in August I just hope they give the people that are staying an ATM machine to use or deduct charges for using other bank ATM machine been using this location for 40 yrs

      I received the worst customer service here of any bank I've ever used. They charged me service fees AFTER I closed my account! I had to go back in and pay additional fees just so I could close my account and get them out of my life.
