      I appreciate that I didn't have any issues when my HSBC accounts were converted to Citizens Bank. I have noticed that some of my favorite employees from HSBC work for Citizens. The first few days were very busy when the transition began but today wasn't so bad. Be patient and I think we will be pleased with Citizens.
