      Glorious incompetence at this branch. We went to send an international wire. We gave all the information they asked for. Double-checking everything. We even suggested using a different intermediate bank and they insisted theirs was better and were confident it would go through. They're the experts right? Well 2 days later it got rejected so we had to go back even though we called their wire specialists the prior night to confirm everything was good. They tried to blame us for not giving them all the information which we did. Then they messed up by giving us the incorrect reason for the rejection. When we tried again the advisor got impatient as we pointed out that he was inputting the numbers wrong, multiple times, including missing zeros in the amounts. After he insulted us a few more times we decided to leave and send the money by Western Union. If they can't do a simple money wire I wouldn't trust them for any banking services.
