      My elderly parents had thousands of dollars stolen from their account. The same day this branch manager met with them, saying we have photos of the person that stole this money, my parents received a letter from citizens bank’s claims department, saying their fraud claim was closed and that their money was NOT stolen. Police reports have been filed. Yet, they still do not have their money back. This bank preys on older people in the hopes that they get confused when a crime happens to them just so they don’t have to make the situation right. It was a citizens bank teller who created this problem. The thief didn’t even have the account number yet the teller gave the thief the money! It’s disgusting how they treat their long-time customers. This bank should be ashamed of itself. The problem could be resolved in one minute. Instead my parents are asked to jump through hoops in the hopes of resolving this problem.

      I was informed today that this branch is No Longer accepting coins or distributes them. This is Not what the corporate website says. I was given the Excuse, "It's all because of the covid-19", In which I knew was a total lie.Since the coronavirus I've personally witnessed people dropping off coins and picking up boxes of coins.So I can only assume That the tellers there ARE just lazy And I will not be frequenting This branch.Unless making a withdrawal.
